March 7 One Man’s Lincoln: Billy Herndon (Honestly) Represents Abe. Old Fort Harrod State Park.
March 29 Preservation Kentucky hosts a motor coach Tour of Historic Properties throughout Boyle and Mercer Counties, departing from the Beaumont Inn at 9:30 a.m. Registration fee also includes a box lunch from Kentucky Fudge Co., as well as wine reception in Greystone House, and buffet dinner at Beaumont Inn following the tour.
April 4-25 Keeneland Spring Racing. (No racing on Mondays or Tuesdays.) Kentucky Thoroughbred Racing at its best! Only 30 minutes to the track. This is a must if you haven’t experienced this tradition!
April 12 Historic Barn Tour Join the Rural Heritage Development Initiative as they tour historic barns and farmsteads via a motor coach in the central Kentucky area. Visit private farms and learn how these farm buildings help support the agriculture of the region.
