Salt cured, hickory smoked, thinly sliced and served at room temperature.

Griddle-fried peppers and onions served atop shaved beef served on a hoagie bun with melted Swiss cheese.

The Beaumont Reuben     10
Double layers of tender corned beef, sauerkraut, 1000 Island dressing and melted Swiss sandwiched between marbled rye bread.

Grilled Chicken Gouda     10
Grilled boneless chicken breast topped with sautéed mushrooms and melted Gouda cheese served on a hoagie bun with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
