MID-WEEK PACKAGE – WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY NIGHTS
Great bargains for those who can travel mid-week. The package includes your Evening Dinner, Lodging and Full Southern Breakfast in the dining room. Don’t wait, select your date and enjoy the rate! In-season rate: From $182-$242 double occupancy. Off-season rate: From $167-$232 double occupancy. Available after March 1, 2009. (Some date restrictions apply.)
CELEBRATE YOUR ANNIVERSARY OR BIRTHDAY PACKAGE
Pamper that special person on a most important occasion! This package includes a deluxe King or Queen size bedded room, Evening Dinner and Full Southern Breakfast in the Main Dining Room. In addition, to add that special ambiance, we include a bottle of champagne, chocolates and flowers in the room upon arrival! Package price: From $260 double occupancy. THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY PACKAGE – NOVEMBER 25-28
Looking for a place to spend the Holiday with other folks or family away from the hustle and bustle of the city? Would you like to spend some time by the fireplace reading a good book while someone else wrestles with the Turkey? Well, we can help! Why not spend it with us? We offer a three-night package beginning on Wednesday night extending through to Saturday, which gets you back home before the traffic snarls on Sunday. The package includes Evening Dinner in the Main Dining Room on either Wednesday or Friday evening, our famous Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday, Full Southern Breakfast each morning (Thursday through Saturday) and three nights lodging (Wednesday through Friday). Please note: One night is on your own for dinner as we thought some folks might want to experience the TAVERN for an evening. Package price: $502-$706 double occupancy. It’s a great time, so don’t delay! (Package also available for Thursday through Saturday nights.)
COME HOME TO CHRISTMAS WEEKEND PACKAGE – DECEMBER 4-6
This most popular weekend package includes two nights Lodging, Evening Dinner either Friday or Saturday in the Main Dining Room (one night on your own for dinner) with a Full Southern Breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings in the Main Dining Room. Special festive events at the Inn include Friday afternoon Innkeepers Tea/Cocktail reception in the Double Parlors and a Saturday evening Holiday musical presentation to put you in the Christmas spirit! This weekend is highlighted by the Harrodsburg Historical Society’s award winning Homes Tour (tour tickets not included) as well as the town’s many other annual festivities making this a most enjoyable weekend. BEAUMONT INN’S HOLIDAY WEEKEND PACKAGE – DECEMBER 11-13
This weekend package is identical to the previous weekend package in all meal and lodging components. Inn scheduled events include Friday afternoon Innkeepers Tea in the Double Parlors, a Season of Christmas music performance scheduled for Friday evening in the Double Parlors, Saturday evening Innkeepers Cocktail Reception in the Greystone House and a Saturday evening Holiday Musical Presentation to put you in the Christmas spirit! In addition, to satisfy your zest for a pre-Christmas Bargain Safari, our dearly dependable Shopping Elf (aka our local Bargain Shopper Grunt) will share her list of those "off the beaten path" shops and galleries who boast "a gift to satisfy all your picky, ticky tacky, hard to please" relatives and friends! Explore shops like Beehive Gifts, The Ivory Gate, J. Sampson's Antiques and Books, Harrodsburg Flea Market and Antique Mall, Jr.'s General Store, Elements Pottery, Speckled Egg Art Gallery, Maple Tree Gallery and More! May 1-3: Get set for the world’s premiere sporting event for horses, the Kentucky Derby! This package includes two nights Lodging, Dinner in the Main Dining Room either Friday or Saturday evening (other night on your own) and Full Southern Breakfast both Saturday and Sunday mornings in the Main Dining Room. Enjoy a traditional mint julep (Bud Dedman’s original recipe) in your own official Kentucky Derby glass as you view the “run for the roses” at our Innkeepers’ Derby Party (singing aloud My Old Kentucky Home is optional). Also, fourth Annual Beaumont Inn Derby Hat contest to be held at the Party! Win, Place and Show prizes will be awarded. Package price: $349-$469 double occupancy.
Please note:
- All packages include Dinner and Full Southern Breakfast served in the Main Dining Room unless otherwise noted.
- All packages exclude taxes and gratuities. Gratuities are left to your discretion except where noted.
- Published package prices vary according to room category.
- Package events are subject to change or substitution.
- Our deposit policy for a “Two Night Minimum” weekend or a “Special Package” weekend requires a first night’s lodging rate as a deposit on each room reserved. This deposit is refundable less $20.00 per room cancellation/processing fee if the entire reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the day of scheduled arrival. Any cancellation of the entire reservation after the 30 day deadline but prior to 14 days of scheduled arrival will warrant a deposit refund less a $50.00 per room late cancellation/ processing fee. All deposits are non-refundable after the 14 days deadline. At any time, should you decide to reduce your two-night stay by one night, the entire deposit will be applied against the cancelled room night.
